使用 VLC Media Player 將影片轉成不同格式
Step 1.
首先，先執行此一檔案後，按下功能表上的【媒體】→【轉換/儲存】，或是直接按下【CTRL+R】。
Step 2.接下來，按下【加入】來增加要轉的檔案。
Step 3.
之後，按下【轉換/儲存】→【轉換】來轉換檔案，或者直接按下【ALT+O】。
Step 4.
可以在「設定檔」中選擇要輸出的格式，接下來再按下【瀏覽】選擇要存至何處後，按下【開始】就可以開始轉檔囉。

Thank you for sharing your experience. but you might misunderstand what I wanted. I didn't mean to change the region code of DVD player. I meant to change the dvd disk. Somebody told me to rip the content to the hard disk first. Then unlock the region code and burn the disk to restore the content. However, another problem appears. Most of the dvd disks are copy protected. They won't let you rip.
